Overcoming Fragmented Event Coordination
Hosts, planners and vendors were running the same event across different tools. We designed one shared workspace where every role sees exactly what it needs.
Problem
Budgets lived in spreadsheets, vendor quotes in email and guest lists in chat threads — so payments slipped, bookings clashed and nobody had the full picture.
Solution
A role-based platform with live budget tracking, vendor discovery and booking, guest management and milestone payments, guided by AI-recommended event templates.
